DINING POLICY

Walk-ins are heartily welcomed. Reservations are available now for both cafe & cocktail bar experience. Minors under the age of 18 are not allowed into the premises during the cocktail bar hours.

Our all day food menu will be available till 4pm (Tue-Sat) and reopens again at 6pm for dinner (Tue-Sun)

For special requests, please contact us directly. Special requests are not guaranteed and table allocation is subjected to availability.

Tables will be held for up to 15 minutes, otherwise reservation will be canceled. Lou Shang reserves the right to deny entry to any guests.

No outside food and drinks are allowed in the restaurant.

LArge bookings

Our online reservation platform takes bookings up to one month in advance. Reservation more than 5 pax, kindly contact us directly at +65 8714 0012.

For reservations of 6 pax or more, a credit card information hold for the table deposit will be required.

Minimum spending per guest will also apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit is only an authorization hold, no charge will be made to the card unless in the event of no-show or last minute cancellation.

Cancellation fee of $50 will be charged for no show or cancellation made less than 48 hours before the reservation time.

Should your plans change, we urge you to contact us as soon as possible to prevent any charges.
